  4.      We recommend you create a subdirectory on your hard disk and copy
  5.      the files from the Program and Data Disks into that subdirectory.
  6.      Consult your DOS manual if you are unsure about the DOS commands for
  7.      creating subdirectories and for copying files.
  8.       
  9.      Here is an example, assuming you wish to give your subdirectory the
  10.      name, "FORMS".  Press Enter at the end of each line.  To begin, put
  11.      the FormsFile Program Disk in drive A, and then type:

  14.                 CD  C:\
  15.                 MD  FORMS
  16.                 CD  FORMS
  17.                 COPY  A:*.*  C:\FORMS
  18.       
  19.      When the copying is complete, put the Data Disk in drive A and type:

  21.                 COPY  A:*.*  C:\FORMS
